You get ONE word that describes what longboarding means to you. Now, my goal is to get a big list of what our sport means to us, to share with those that don't understand why this is not a sport, it is a way of life. We are at a point that we need to help outsiders understand so that thier ignorance doesn't start suppress our way of life. Please, just one word, and try to keep the repeats to a minimum. Put some thought into this, and be original. I have a plan for this list, and i want the list to come from the longboarding family. Thanks for your help.

| freedom. i love knowing i'm doing something on a piece of wood that i could never do just on my feet, and knowing i can go anywhere and do anything with it. whenever i try to simplify longboarding it comes down to just another form of skateboarding which to me is pure freedom. |
