Rowena Point / Top-View From the lookout point you can see the top mile or so of this approx. 3.5 mile multiple hairpin scenic highway all with a medium grade that most intermediate to advanced riders can handle with top speeds of 35mph. There are no side roads so there is little traffic Have a shuttle driver follow you down and when riding and be sure to stay in your own lane to avoid oncoming traffic.
