Rocky Butte / Entrance To get to this advanced hill from Portland, go to N.E. 82nd and Russel st. (Russel is a 1/2 mile North of I-84 on 82nd ave.) From there go East on Russel to 92nd. Here you will see the access road to the top of Rocky Butte.
