Lincoln St. / Top Starting from 60th ave. and Lincoln st. to 39th ave. you can ride a very smooth section. This is near the bottom of Mt. Tabor and is a great straight shot going west through S.E Portland. There is little traffic except for rush hour and a steep section from 54th to 50th ave.
